International Orders – Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping only. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and will be charged by your local customs office upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid to release your order.

Tracking & Delivery
We provide tracking information only if you purchased this option. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; we are not responsible for carrier delays or for tracking system outages.

Insurance & Loss or Damage in Transit

  • All shipments may be offered with optional carrier insurance at checkout. If you choose to purchase insurance, the declared value will reimburse you for loss or physical damage during transit according to the carrier’s insurance terms.

  • Orders with optional carrier insurance up to $100 CAD. This is the maximum reimbursement available for loss or damage in transit, regardless of order value. Our company is not responsible for amounts above this limit. Customers needing higher coverage must arrange their own insurance before ordering.

  • If you decline optional insurance, you accept the risk of loss or damage in transit and the Company will not be liable for such loss or damage.

  • For shipments delivered without insurance that arrive damaged or missing, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist by providing documentation (order confirmation, photos, commercial invoice), but the ultimate responsibility for filing and resolving the carrier claim lies with the party who purchased the shipment/insurance.

  • To help us investigate, please report visible damage or missing items to us within 7 days of delivery and keep all shipping materials and packaging. For undelivered orders, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Wrong Item Sent / Replacement Under Warranty
If we ship the wrong item or a replacement is required due to a warranty issue, we will cover the outbound shipping cost of the correct item. However, because shipments are DDU, you will still be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local customs authority. If you purchased insurance at checkout, any transit loss or damage claim will be handled through the carrier/insurer.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery due to duties, taxes, or fees, the shipment may be returned to us. Once received, we will refund the product price only, minus any return shipping and non-recoverable carrier fees. Duties and taxes paid to your local customs office are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: When you return an item, we will refund the product price only. Duties, taxes, and customs fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges (Customer-Requested): A new shipment will be treated as a separate order and may incur additional shipping, duties, and taxes; those are your responsibility.

  • Customer Responsibility for Claims/Insurance: If you purchased insurance, you or we (depending on who purchased the policy) will file the insurance claim with the carrier; resolution will follow the carrier/insurer’s terms.

Liability & Limitations

  • We are not liable for import duties, taxes, customs clearance delays, or charges levied by your government.

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs inspections, or other third-party shipping issues except where we have agreed in writing to assume liability.
